This session will involve different mindfulness practices with time for discussion and teaching.  The session is suitable for all, whether you are a novice or have undertakena formal mindfulness course.  Please bring a meditation cushion if you have one.  Wear lose comfortable clothing.  The session will close with a loving kindness meditation.   For further details contact

Dr Hagen Rampes trained as a doctor, specialising in psychiatry. He is also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Acupuncturist as well as having in depth knowledge of homeopathy and hebalism.  In addition he works as a Radical Forgiveness Coach.  

My background has prepared me to help people to get in touch with their inner being and their spirit.  I feel that spiritual dimension has been neglected in healthcare.  People can be coached to take better care of their bodies and minds and get in touch with their spirit!
