This monthly gathering is an opportunity to practice your skills as a Channelling or Trance Medium.You will be given exercises to strengthen your relationship with your Spirit Team as well as share experiences and laughter. Previous experience of Grounding and Protecting is necessary, also an awareness of your Guides and Helpers.
