Once activated as Light Workers we are susceptible to the opposite workers who seek to keep us down and our shining beacons dulled.  We will identify how the opposition works and find strategies to negate them.  We will look at creating our own little altars and some positive affirmations.  We can share good practice, ideas and laughter as we journey further along our lighted path.

Bring a small piece of cloth and the following items if you have them - small mirror, candle, cross, crystals or items you would include in your altar.
