Dr Rampes is trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is a qualified Sivananda Yoga Teacher. Initially he trained as a doctor, specialising in psychiatry. He is also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Acupuncturist as well as having in depth knowledge of homeopathy and hebalism. In addition he works as a Radical Forgiveness Coach.
