Yin yoga is about surrender, cooling energy, slowing down, and finding time to just "be".

Yin yoga is the perfect complement if any of the following resonate with you:

* have a hectic life / job

* feel you're suffering a bit of mental overload

* practice high energy activities such as running, cycling, vinyasa / ashtanga / hot yoga etc (known as"Yang" activities) and want to find some balance
