Mindfulness Lunch Drop-In Practice Sessions 1.05 – 1.55 on Fridays in March. All levels welcome and beginners. Led by Sila Tarina, Mindfulness Practitioner and Meditation Teacher.
Mindfulness can be defined as “Being in the present moment without judgements” (Kabat Zinn) - bringing mind and body into the present with clarity and awareness.
Mindfulness allows us to retune our bodies and minds to a new perception of reality. We can change our behaviour to help us live our lives meaningfully coping with problems with kindness and understanding.
