Are you feeling stuck, a bit foggy, mind rushing all over the place? Mediation Moments is a new weekly lunchtime mediation group. It’s held as a space for pause. It’s about sitting in your own awareness and learning some basic and healthy tools for your wellness, away from the stress of busy working days. You are not turning off your thoughts or feelings. You will be learning to observe them without judgement. Eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. This is an open drop in group running every Tuesday lunchtime 1.00pm - 1.45pm.
